Can I book more than one car?
Yes — book each car as its own appointment, or message us on WhatsApp on 07593 424813 and we'll arrange it together.
What happens if it rains?
If it rains, we'll rebook you for free at a time that suits you. If you have a garage, carport or other covered space, we can often still go ahead under cover — just let us know.
What do I need to provide?
Access to your car and a power socket we can use. If you can supply water, great — if not, just tell us when booking and we'll plan for it.
How long does it take?
Allow up to 3 hours depending on the package, add-ons and the condition of the car.
Which areas do you cover?
All SE and BR postcodes, plus DA5–DA8 and DA14–DA16 around Sidcup. Swanley (BR8) is covered too. Not sure? Message us on WhatsApp on 07593 424813.
How do I pay?
Pay in full online when you book, or pay on the day.
Can I cancel or change my time?
Yes — use the link in your confirmation email. Online payments are refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Will I get a reminder?
Yes — your booking confirmation arrives by email, followed by a reminder the evening before your appointment.
